The BC building Code requires a CSA F280 compliance to a heat load calculation before an installation is done.  This will need to be given prior to a quote.  If you have one already it can be used instead of creating an new one.  If you do not have one (code came out in 2015) we offer them at an hourly rate (2-8hrs depending on the complexity). 

 

We install the following:

Furnaces (gas and electric), Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Ductless Splits, Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV's), Fireplaces (gas only), and more if requested.
